Skypass Travel is committed to respecting your privacy. We have designed our
websites and booking engines so that you may visit them without identifying
yourself or revealing any personal information, unless you opt to do so. Once
you opt to provide personally identifiable information (any information by which
you can be identified such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address
and credit card number), it will only be used to support your customer
relationship with us and for our own internal purposes, including marketing and

What We Collect
When registering as a member
When you register as a Skypass member you will be eligible to view all of our
online Deals (such as Air, Cruise, Hotel, Vacation Packages, etc.), receive
periodic e-Deals via email, and make reservation requests. When you register we
will ask you for your name, zip code, e-mail address, phone number, and a few
marketing questions such as how you found our site and what destinations or
types of travel are of interest to you. This information is collected for
several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete air,
hotel, car, cruise, vacation package, and other reservations; (iii) to
participate in special giveaways or drawings; and (iv) to allow Skypass to
contact you for customer service purposes. In addition, your e-mail address will
be used to verify your new member registration and each travel request made.
Skypass will not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party
without your permission.
e-Deals and Newsletters
As a registered member will receive periodic e-Deals and newsletters to inform
you of special Skypass offers and enhancements to our online system. If you
would rather not receive this type of e-mail, please click on the "unsubscribe"
link or follow the instructions in each e-mail message. You can also cancel your
membership by sending us an e-mail from the CONTACT US section of our website.
When making a reservation:
When you make a reservation online or by phone through our customer support
center, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address
and credit card information. This information is used to contact you for
customer service, to guarantee your reservation with our travel suppliers,
and/or to bill you for your travel purchase. We may also ask you for other
personal information, such as your passport or frequent traveler numbers,
seating preferences, or special meal requirements. We ask for this information
for customer service reasons in order to make your trip as convenient as
possible and to provide you with special services that you may be entitled to
such as preferential seating and check-in.
Third-party vendors:
Third-party vendors power some of Skypass Travel’s online booking engines. You
should note that these vendors may have privacy policies and practices that
differ from those of Skypass Travel. We strongly encourage you to read the
privacy policies of these vendors when using their websites.
About Cookies
Many websites, including those owned by Skypass Travel, use cookie technology to
help users navigate efficiently. The cookie is a small text file that resides on
your hard drive. From time to time, our site(s) will request the cookie from
your browser so that we can retrieve the stored information. This allows you to
avoid making the same selections over and over again. Skypass Travel does not
use cookies to store personal information such as credit card numbers.

using our booking engine for hotels in Orlando, a cookie will be set recording
the city of Orlando as the parameter of your search. When you return to the
search form to narrow or change your search, Orlando will automatically be
